- Equity and Mezzanine Financing: This customizable financing lets you get exactly what you need for your business. We can fund transactions between $5,000,000 and $100,000,000 due to our capital sources and high net-worth investors.
- International Financing: Due to our presence in European and Eurasian markets, Sterling Capital Consulting can also offer many of these same loans internationally. This includes structured debt, and equity and mezzanine financing.
- SBA 7a and 504 Loans: These loans are mainly for owner-occupied properties and hotels that are flagged or non-flagged.
